  • As I have aged with this injury, I recognize the need for more postural awareness to combat pain and improve function.

This program gives an in-depth look at what posture is for an SCI and how to create and implement a plan to improve how we hold our bodies, whether in the chair or out.

I would recommend this to any SCI, but especially newer injuries to start the education on the importance of "resisting gravity" to reduce or stop secondary medical complications (scoliosis, pain, muscular imbalances, etc.) before they occur.

My daily outlook on life has improved immeasurably, I feel physically stronger and more confident than I have since my accident and I’m looking forward to building a strong foundation for lasting progress.”

    Laura Lee Tharp, C6 SCI
