Remote Coaching

Personalized direction and programming
with our qualified trainers from anywhere in the world.

SCI rehab programs can be overwhelming organized.

Let’s work together to sort it out.

Our qualified ZN Coaches are ready to work with you!

STEP 1:

Assessment

While your coach is observing your movement for connections and movement patterns, you will be exploring new exercises and movement strategies along the way.

The Assessment includes:

  • 75-minute assessment on Zoom, moving through floor-based exercises curated to support your goals

  • Session recording with lifetime access

  • Written session notes

  • 2-3 homework exercises & suggestions for program direction

75 minutes, USD$175

STEP 2:

6-Session Series

We’ve found one of the secrets to the success of our program is the initial commitment to frequent 1:1 sessions. This builds momentum, accountability, and a solid foundation for independent work down the line.

Our 6-session Series includes 6 sessions to be completed within 8 weeks - most clients opt for one session per week, but you can complete this series in less time.

This program includes:

  • 6 sessions to be completed within 8 weeks over Zoom

  • Session recordings with lifetime access

  • Written session notes

  • Homework exercises assigned each week

6x55 minute sessions, USD$600 total. Paid upon first session & non-refundable.

STEP 3:

…we’ll assess.

After you complete your 6-Session Series, we’ll determine the best direction for you moving forward based on your goals, levels of self-accountability, and budget:

  • Continue to meet weekly

  • Meet every other week, with extra homework sessions between

  • Check-in 1x per month to discuss the program and make any updates as needed (treated as more of a consult call vs. a movement session).
